"When I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 44, I was left with more questions than answers."
I'd broken multiple bones over the years, yet no one had connected the dots. Then suddenly I had a diagnosis, frightening predictions about my future, and a conversation that seemed to move very quickly towards medication.
What I didn't have was a plan.
I spent so much time trying to understand what everything meant – my scan results, my risk, nutrition, movement, medication, supplements and what I could actually do for myself every day.
The information was fragmented. The advice could be confusing. And too often, I felt left to piece everything together myself.
I kept thinking: why isn't there one place that brings all of this together?
So I built the app I needed.
SNAP Life grew from my own experience – but it isn't just about me anymore. I don't want other people to feel as overwhelmed, confused or alone as I did when trying to understand their bone health.
I built SNAP Life for me. Now I want to share it with you – to help make your journey clearer, simpler and better supported than mine was.
