We have partnered with Mighty Networks to bring you the SNAP Community. Might Networks is an online solution that brings communities together. Our plan in the long term is to create our very own App but due time constraints the SNAP team took the decision to use an existing platform so we could start growing our community and bring help to everyone sooner.
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the SNAP Community App website using this link:
On the SNAP Community App's website, locate the "request to join" button, this can be found in the top right corner of the page, or at the bottom, centre. Click this button
You will be prompted to create an account. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a password. Alternatively, you can choose to log in via your social media accounts, if available.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account setup. Once your account is created and approved by the community administrators, you'll gain access to the SNAP Community.
If you prefer to use a mobile app, you can download the Mighty Networks App from your device's app store. Click the links below to get the App from your App Store:
Download and install the Mighty Networks App. then launch the app on your mobile device.
In the app, you'll need to find the SNAP Community. To do this, click "Find and Mighty Network". Type "snaplife" into the search bar and select the SNAP Community when it appears in the search results. Follow the on-screen instructions to join the SNAP Community and create your account if you haven't already.
Once you've completed the registration process, you'll have access to the SNAP Community through the Mighty Networks App. Now, you can engage with the SNAP community, access resources, and connect with fellow members.
